 Knowledge of databases and web-based applications, Excel, computer logic and applications, provincial data elements, entry requirements, and provincial standards
 Assists the division with performance monitoring and the use of data for continuous quality improvement initiatives, score carding and dash boarding.
 Supports data-driven decision making and facilitates root cause analysis in continuous quality improvement projects
 Experience with business reporting tools – Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau equivalent
 Good data management using Excel. Knowledgeable in basic Formulas, Macros, Charts, Pivot, Vlookup, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting etc.
 Hands on experience in writing MS SQL/MySQL/ MongoDB Queries.
 Experience working with an enterprise data warehouse – Big Query, Azure or equivalent
 Efficient in graphical modelling and data visualization using Power-BI.
 Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
 Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
 Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
 To be the Data Steward and drive governance giving full understanding of all the data that flows through the Apps to all systems
 Build dashboards and reports using Amplitude, Power BI and present to the key stakeholders
 Carry out adhoc data investigations into issues with the app and present findings back querying data in Big Query/SQL/Cosmos DB
 Innovate with new processes or ways of providing analytics and reporting
