As a writer, my seniors have always given me this advice for writing better: "Read, read, read."
Its true that the more you read, the more you will be able to grasp concepts like sentence structure, grammar, etc. Just get your thoughts down on something- your phone, your computer, a book, a paper- it doesn't matter, just remember to get it down. You can ask someone to proofread it for you and ake necessary corrections, if need be. There is an app called grammarly that helps writers find mistakes in their writings. I personally have never used it, but you could give it a try.
