My father was a Zoology Professor at S.K.University, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. He was an excellent teacher and i received teaching from him and its in my blood. How can I speak English like negative speaker's?

It is not negative speakers but it is "Native speakers". Native speaker in English means a person whose mother tongue is English.

Neither I smoke nor I drink. I smoke neither nor I drink. These both are same sentences. Which one is correct?

I neither smoke nor drink is emphatic and correct.
