The differences are:
firstly in medical exam you need to study biology instead of maths.The syllabus of physics and chemistry will be more or less the same but the perspective with which th questions will be asked will be different.Physics/Chemistry in engineering entrance examination are engineering based,which will be related to practical based questions and mostly numericals,In medical you will get more mugged up answer based question.The trick is to study the basics for both and have short notes of formulas for maths,physics and chemistry.
