Dear Anoj... If you want only Degree, definitely you should go through B.F.A. or wanted to achieve and communicate through your painting and Drawing...you do not need a degree at all.

First bachelor degree and than masters. U take masters in the subject u did ur bachelor's third year specialisation, that may be applied arts, sculpture, commercial arts. In delhi the best college is college of arts - DU

U have to complete 4 yr Degree course BFA, BVA. then u have to give entrance exam for MFA in fine arts, only few college do not conduct entrance rest do take entrance.
