it was started in the year 1970 at newyork.,free style dance dont have particular moves,it was basically similar to what we dance at disco and pubs,nowadays it was inograted as a style known FREESTYLE.

Freestyle is not a dance form. As the word says, freestyle is something that you do on your own with the dance forms that you have learnt. So freestyle was not originated anytime, its done in all dance forms. :)
