The French  clan or folk are ab-originated by the racial amalgamation in due to the frank Gaule & Roman inhabitants around European continent.

French language alphabetical letters are same as Latin comprised of 26 letters, similar as English. But, more there are a few extra phonetical sign or characters used in compositions of French words or phrases. There are written sound in, ut infra.

1. The pronunciations French alphabets & extra more:

A : It always pronounced like 'aa ' - as  in father.

B : It always pronounced like ' beby '.

C : It sounds like hissing  's'  like  'cite'.

D : It sounds always like soft  ' there '.

E : The 'e' sounds unique in French middle sound of  'o' + ' a '.

F : Sounds sometime as 'ph' , 'p'.

G : Sounds different like ' genu'.

H : Generally not pronounces in French an in ' honor / hour '.

I : Sounds normally 'ee ' as in  ' meet / bit ' .

J : Sounds normally ' joint / jet '.

K : Sounds normally   kite /  kilo , but not in usage in French except external words or initials .

L : Sounds normally     'lane / bell ' .

M : Sounds normally ' moment / man '.

N : Sounds normally ' non / name '.

O : Sounds normally ' note / vote '.

P : Sounds normally ' play / papaya '. 

Q : Sounds normally ' query / like '.  

R : This 'r' is totally different or prototype in French sound . It is like mixed throw of utterance  khan / loch.

S : Sounds like ' missing please / is ' as in English.

T : Always sounds softly with tongue like ' tala ' (hindi  i;e  lock ).

U : Sounds like  ' university / unit ' with stress.

V : Sounds three types as ' bh / ph / wa / pp '.

W : Is actually the double 'v', but not in vogue in French word.

X : Sounds like ' exert / exit / extreme / exercise / exactly '.

Y : Sounds like double ' ii  ' as ' yeoman / year '.

Z : Sounds like ' zenith / zinc '.

Apart  from above, there are few, very much useful typical phonetical appendages  which are widely scribed / inserted in French orthography.

É : With acute accent sounds like as "résumé" .

È :  "Grave" as  in "père".

Ê : This sign also holds or states sounds ,more sometime omits 's' in a French words  as in " fête".

Ë : This sign possess or holds the constant sound as in "Noël".

Ç : This letter consonant is also found in Portugues / Italian language, it is called cédille. However more or less it is the combination of 'c' + 's' always gives sound 'sh'. Basically it sits one side or middle of two vowels firmly makes that sound, to avoid/deter the ' ka/q ' of  ' C ' , Ex: garçon, leçon, façade, la langue française, viz so on.

 Nota bene: All these vide especial international phonetical signs or terms singularly places / input only upon vowels, discussing in hence forth. 

A : Few  fabric  tips & clues about French consonants.

B : Sometime this 'b' can de sound as "p". Ex: gra: absolu / absent.

C/CH : This 'c' sounds " k/q" when only three vowels viz ; A, O, U would be placed before/after C. In originality vide 'ch' does not produces the sound "chance / chaos" akin to English, rather it actually creates or refers the sound 'sh' as "shall / machine" as in English. But in case of external derived words or orthography it may vary.

D : Apart from soft 'd ', it would be expressed as soft 't', too.

F : This 'f' can be sound as 'v' as in English. Ex: neuf -- heure .

G : That single 'g' would produces sound, when only ' i/e ' follows it.

H : For any other external /strange words 'h' may be uttered / aspired.

LL : This double consonant may behave as vowel, also normal consonant rolling. 

Q : In French , this 'q' possess a special value, utilisation, syntax , etc.

R : The 'r' is distinct in french that differs one at a time to another.

U : A single 'u' sound or pronunciation is more stressful and ascentive.

V : This 'v' is like German V sound, near to as 'ph / f', sometimes.

W : The 'w' of  basically used in other Teutonic group of languages. Ex: wagen, whisky.

Y :  This 'y' is demi-vowel occupies a unique use/application in French.

PH / TH/ PSHY : These are also uttered but soberly in specific manner.

Post  sctiptum: The above or relevant french phonetics are profoundly constant rigid than any other European language. The syllables, letters formations, structure, philology strictly attempt to stand or carry its own protocol, conjugation, rhetoric & prosody.
