Hi, I am a certified International Yoga teacher from one of the best institutes in India. I have been practising yoga from past 2 years and prior to that I was a professional dancer, trained in jazz and ballet. My purpose is to share my knowledge on how we can implement the principles of yoga in our lives in order to live a graceful healthy and stress free life.

My classes are a combination of asanas, pranayamas, meditation and proper relaxation. There is absolutely no perquisite required to start the classes be it flexibility or strength or anything else. Infact the classes are meant to provide these benefits through regular practice. To reach somewhere we have to start from somewhere.
