Most of the students don't take interest because of lack of desired knowledge to study law, and few are either perceiving, retaining, or interpreting in altogether different manner. Precise reading of bare act and mastery over the language and legislative intent shall always remain the best practice throughout the periphery of legal philosophy. Suitability appropriate approach, relatively substantial interpretation, these things should always be taught to students. Nobody is weak, poor or average, a teacher should know how to make somebody understand the things in an easy manner.
