It is possible to learn guitar online through video calling apps like skype or hangout but honestly if you want to learn the feel of music by someone, i suggest to learn in front of your teacher.

Yes Suresh its possible but the problem is you`ll find a lot of resources online and if you don`t know how to navigate you will not understand. So the best practice is to initiate your trainning only under a teacher and then you may progress with online classes.
