Purpose of an interview is to get a profile that matches the requirements of the Job Description. So here are the steps:
1. Get the complete job description from HR and check with your peer group( senior)if there is anything which is not mapped but expected.
2. Be ready to share experiences that demonstrate your COMPETENCIES according to the JOB DESCRIPTION
3. Be ready with your USP as a soft competency to stand out for the job. The technical competencies will be the same for all other candidates.
4. Sit for a Mock interview with a friend fully dressed in formals for 20 mins.

It is mandatory to use pencil while writing the exam.This allows you to correct and change your answers.
Please practice with pencil from the beginning as the speech and grip varies that from a pen and might affect the effectiveness during the exam.
Would advise to use a clutch/ technical pencil which you don’t have to sharpen to save time during the exam.

I partially agree with some of the posts mentioned above. This depends on multiple criteria. Which course is one opting for? What's the budget? Are we looking at School, College or University? Generally, as you move away from Vancouver and Toronto, two premier cities with best colleges and Universities, the score requirement starts to reduce. But, there are a few colleges in Vancouver and Toronto which can accommodate you for 6.0 bands. To understand the process better, please call us. Hi Manvinder, Not speaking English is not a birth defect. It is an acquired skill but it takes more time to unlearn and clean the canvas. If you are at level 3 and want to go to 7 it is not doable but if you are at 5 and want to move to 7 it can be thought of.
