"A good trap though! Yoga starts with ‘om’ chanting. You just sit there doing nothing but making noises, literally! The commencement and conclusion of a yoga class always occur with ‘Ommm’ chanting. When chanted, the word creates vibration of the same frequency found through everything in nature. The experience is beyond amazing. By chanting Om, you make a connection with all living beings in the universe. Initially, you may find it difficult to utter, but soon you will able to chant with full commitment. You may also hear your teacher say ‘Namaste’ either at the beginning or end of the class. ‘Namaste’ is greeting in India which means ‘I bow to you.’ It is used to honor the people around you. "

He is so knowledgeable about poses and breathing techniques.I had been suffering from severe back pain since last three years. All Doctor's recommended me to go for surgery but my friend insist me to take yoga classes. One day during yoga classes enquiry, i met with Sunil.
