Hey everyone. My name is Tilak I’m 22 years of age and I train in multiple disciplines in martial arts. Boxing, kickboxing and Taekwondo. I’ve been trained in boxing, Kick Boxing and Taekwondo under international Coaches.

I can teach you starting with the basics such as knowing how to stand in your guard and where your dominant hand should be, to more intermediate-advanced skills such as throwing combinations and ending with a jab, how to always stay off center line, outside foot positioning, etc...

I can train from children to Adult.
