No. there is no particular food or diet for abs, to see those abs one need to focus on the right propotion of the marco(nutirents) to lower the body fat and the carb cycling diet good to shred to body fat % or you can go for this propotion of macro 15% Fat / 40% Protien / 45% Carbs.

Get STRONGER BETTER FASTER in a scientific way!

There is no "special" diet for core training. Eat a well-balanced meal (Protein, Carbohydrate, fats) according to your caloric intake. Training core will only make it stronger it won't make you lean around the belly area.
