Hello Kajal. It depends on you that how can you convince your trainer to train you at the lowest cost and with the highest knowledge. Here talking about me as a PT(personal trainer) my clients pay me from 4k to 15k per month. The person who is a new client. I charge them 5k as if they are not satisfied they won't regret, but after the results, they automatically become your fan and pay more. So be smart and Hire a PT who is certified and knowledgeable enough and charges low cost too.
