please note, trainer responsibilities, just give experienced knowledge. if you have the knowledge, you will get a job. if you don't have the knowledge, it's not possible to get a job. As per my experience, training means get experienced knowledge, familiarise that environment. but most of the institute does not consider this. consider as a business. that's problem.
