no , because the syllabus of Hindi is very vast and it takes a lot of time to study it. The person who knows the language  also feels difficult to finish the vast syllabus and if you don't know the language then it will be really a trouble for you. Class 10th means giving board exams with such a lot syllabus of different subjects so according to me if you know the language then only take Hindi in class 10 otherwise skip the language.
