Meri is feminine.

 

Also,

Mera is singular.

Mera ek haath (my one hand)

Merey is plural

Merey dono hath (my both hands)

 

But there are no exact/standard rules in use of meri mera merey.

 

All depend on your practice. The more you'll practise Hindi the more you'll get to understand the uses of these three terms
