As per our age-old Guru–Shishya Parampara (tradition), shishya has to go to guru for learning & gaining knowledge. Whenever shishya meets a guru, a relationship starts growing and shishya gets an opportunity to grow in all aspects in person where his guru could able to give him the best based on his intellect and in turn his guru becomes the best judge for showing the proper path following which shishya becomes knowledgeable and successful. Same methods and techniques may not be suitable for all. Some students may need little more attention and care and for some it may vary. Based on my 30 years of experience in professional carrier as well as in my teaching to students, it is my firm believe that in order to gain knowledge and proper direction the student has to go to teacher wherein student also gets an ample of opportunity to meet other students which in turn develops his knowledge, communication skills and confidence for facing the real situation and this becomes a pillar of strength for facing and progressing through turmoil in life which is bound to come and the student has to cross over it with might and confidence. If it becomes really impossible to meet in person then only on-line method can be adopted and proper care should be taken so that it should not become a habit.

Thank you.

As per question the difference between Q's present age and P's age after 6years is 2.

Therefore, the equation would be as follows.

7P/5 - (P+6) = 2

7P/5 - P - 6 = 2

7P/5 - P = 2+6

(7P-5P)/5 = 8

2P/5 = 8

2P = 5 x 8

2P = 40

P = 40/2 = 20

Therefore, solving the above we get present age of P as 20 years.

Therefore, considering the age of P as above, we get the age of Q as 28 years ((7 X 20)/5).

Now considering the present ages of P & Q as derived, we get the the total age of P's and Q's present age as 48 years.

There is always a relationship exists between inputs and outputs. The better the inputs, better will be the outputs i.e. output is depended on the inputs. In this present context, 80/20 principle is pointing towards the usage of the 20% of the best inputs to produce 80% of the output. Hence, it can be concluded that as per 80/20 principle, we have to focus on the adoption of the best of the available inputs i.e. at least 20%, in order to achieve the best result i.e. the output, which could be at least 80%. For better understanding, we can take an example of our food, in which we always try to put best of the available resources to get a best cooked food and the most important one is “Salt”. Hence, while making food, “Slat” should be the most important input and in my opinion it should be the first in the priority of the inputs. Hence, prioritisation of inputs is very important so that it can be utilised fully for deriving the best out of it, as an output, which 80/20 principle has emphasised.
