You would quit and join some other organization and after a year you would leave that company as well just for few more bucks which not make a much of difference.
Do you people know by doing this you people are screwing your own career? Companies will hire you but on the same level and when you guys would like to come out of this entry level pool it would be very difficult because there is no stability.
My suggestion to every one: Just don't hop your jobs, stick to one company and there would be rewards for you. You might get frustrated and wanted to change please bare that time and after that there would be rewards and recognition waiting for you. Your stability will get you everything Money, Position and Satisfaction.
Always remember - When you work with a company for 5yrs + the other company hiring you have to have something really good for you.
