This course suits well to startups, home makers who love Western and Conti dishes, and who wants to become an entrepreneur in the field of Restaurants and hotels. Being in this industry from several yrs I owned a cafe in England and couple in India, I would like to teach and motivate individuals love and passion for cooking. I bring along the ingredients with me to teach you, so there is absolutely no worry, I shall teach you 3 to 4 dishes in that particular time frame. I also take classes to kids who are willing to learn cooking as part of their life style. Have thought several kids.
