Communication skills is the big problem for the job seekers. Without communication proper skills, the job seekers will be put out of the gates. Even the students at college level feel much confused to read and digest the content of the text books and present the same level what they understood. In the office, one cannot manage or handle or judge the seat without proper communication skills. Everyone is bothered just because of their own negligence. Inferiority complex overcomes by the time they come into the real time situation and lag behind in all the ways. For some overconfidence lead them into down. They never compromise to concentrate language part. We develop language in two levels of teaching programme. We teach in Bi-lingual method. The students can opt Telugu into English, Hindi into English, Marati into English and Urdu into English.

Level 1 teaches all about vocabulary and various sentence structures. We challenge the growth as follows. the very first day, sentence formation and development of vocabulary on fifth day, they can translate passages from their mother tongue into English. on tenth day, they can translate the stories on fifteenth day, they can writ their own incidents, unforgettable experiences on twentieth day, they can read and digest the content of any news paper as that of their own mother tongue. In Level 2, we concentrate on giving various sentences of day to day conversation, negatives, interrogative formations and we develop the idea of questioning to make the student active in interaction sessions. Later, we give the students the idea of soft skills and application in real time.
