Trained under the guidance of Pandit Yashpaul, Pandit Nath Rao Neralkar, both Sangeet Natak Academy awardee, and under top grade AIR & Doordarshan artist, Pandita Shubhada Paradkar.
Ms. Moumita has emerged as a vivacious singer. Along with the training from her gurus, she did her Sangeet Prabhakar in 2004 from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad & M. A. Vocal Music ( first class first & gold medalist ) from Government College of Arts & Science, Aurangabad in 2008. She has been performing at various Music Festivals since 2007 at Aurangabad, Allahabad, Mumbai and Hyderabad to name a few.
A strong unfaltering voice with deep understanding of ragas makes her presentation alluring. She has participated in various prestigious music festivals across the country.
