I am a free lance trainer with 16+ years of experience in corporate, professional, and soft skills training. I have been conducting online sessions for the last 4 years now. I am a certified trainer in Communication, Professional & Soft skills through Genpact, Pvt, India. My key skills are effective facilitation/presentation skills, confidence, coaching/feedback skills, strong subject knowledge, creative methods of learning, & self driven. Some of my accomplishments are 80% + throughput of batches, 90% success rate of pilot phrase in transition processes, setting up training function for various processes, 4 to 4.5(Trainer rating), etc.

I have conducted many training sessions and workshops not just for corporates but other industries such as hospitality, healthcare and educational institutes on various behavioural and soft skills topics. I have also delivered training for individual learners face to face and online as well. I strongly belive that every learner has great potential to hone and polish their skills and that learning is always a continuous process.
