IdentityI worked as an Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer in Coign Consultants Pvt, Ltd. for 1.5 years.
The job profile is that we have to go to engineering colleges in order to train 3rd & 4th year students of BE/BTECH, for campus recruitment test process i.e (CRT Training).
Basically most of the aptitude trainers are from Telugu medium background, so they dont have the proper english communication skills in order to deliver the subject to the students. But i do have that advantage of english communication skills.
Sometimes we have to teach the class consisting of 100 to 120 members strength. It is somewhat impossible to reach our voice to the last bench students. But i do manage it in order to reach my voice to each and every student.
