Hi Aneesh,
First of all you need to be strong with the basics in Operating Systems and Networking.
just for your ease, Start with little things.
I suggest you to begin with Windows 7. Learn the Architecture of OS, Batch Programming, Firewalls and working, try to work more with commands. Once you get complete idea about operating system, you can go for Networking - Types of Networking , Protocols, IP Address System. then you can use Virtual Machines to Practise attacks.
Once you get expertise , you can try the same online. And when you are done with windows, Try the same with Linux.

The Question is, You just want to Learn CEH Course (or) want to do CEH certification?
If you just want to learn the course,
(1) you can download the CEHv10 Manual from Ec-council website and learn the same topics online from hackforums and udemy.
(2)you can join the classroom training without opting for cerification.
Basically I am not from Banglore, but I just want to give an advise.
If anyone gives you postivie feedback about any institute. Go check yourself , Attend Demo Class then only opt for course. My advise is to get demo class from 2-3 Institutes so that you will get better idea.

yes, you can learn hacking online from home
1)By joining Online Classes (Paid).
2)Downloading Hacking Related Videos / PDFs and do selfstudy.
Register in HAcking Forums and stay active, you will get tons of PDFs.
WARNING: Always be cautious while downloading the books shared in such forums. some guys may inject malicious code with the PDF.
I suggest you yo use Virtual Machine while learning Hacking Online.

Learning Hacking the days is no big deal.
All you need is Dedication, Time and Patience.
Hacking is not entirely based on coding. the main thing you have to keep in mind is, Think out of Box".
Because, there were some major vulnerabilities on internet which were exploited just with basics of hacking Ex: Basic SQLI (no need to learn coding to perform this attack).
So, Start from the basics first
Operating Systems (Start with Win 7,10) later you can go for Kali Linux or Ubuntu
Batch Programming
Networking (Protocols, TCP/IP)
Virtual Machines
Email Hacking & Security
Trojans
Web Security
Learn basics of all the above concepts, you can find the materials in many online forums.
Then you will get an idea how to perform the same attacks using coding, so that you can design your own code accordingly in the language which you know better.
