"The session was very informative .the information conveyed was good.the timing of asanas was very important . This helped a lot and came to realization that timing is very vital in yoga . On the whole it is very good . A great amount of energy is used in Kalpa Bharti asana. The prayer is very important part of yoga . Brama Pranay asana is very good . "
