I've used personal training at other gyms but never felt like those trainers really cared about my goals. The trainers at 300 gym have helped me to find the love for exercising in a supportive, challenging, and friendly environment. They provide a mix of cardio and weight training and will even provide you with workouts for when you come into the gym on your own. you always feel like you're getting the personalized attention you need to turn it into a habit.
