Physics Teacher

There is no fixed rule for it as many institutes very visible to us have very poor quality of teachers so best way is to consult successful candidates of previous year or faculty ( If you know presonally)
Comments

Training Centre

Instead of Coaching centre name, first it's better to have alook at team of faculty and what is their subject expertise and then comes experience. In brand name is only sugar coating word.Have deep insight into the institute and keep some conversation with them

Faculty is most important and not the institute.

Before choosing the institute, take information about history of the institute, experience of the current faculty, study material, schedule of the course, fee, etc. Also take feedback from the students studying there.
Comments

The factors responsible for choosing coaching institutes are the lack of fundamental clarity of the subjects being taught in schools and colleges leaves the gap which propel the students to resort to coaching.
