Of course, you can do that. In dance, there is no age limit you can dance wherever whenever you want to.

I used to dance earlier, but I discontinued because of health issues. When I checked my skills with some dance steps, I was not satisfied with my body language. I think I have lost my skills, and I want to regain my past dance skills. Will I be able to do that?

Not a big deal. You can try yoga to make your body flexible and then slowly slowly start dancing you will be able to do definitiely.
