Hi Ajith, Both the tools serve different areas and both of them give you great career opportunities. You will have to narrow it down and choose the one which best suits you. Tableau is a BI tool more into data visualization with reporting and OLAP functionalities. On the other hand, Informatica has ETL capabilities. You will need to have an understanding of basic SQL queries to learn both these tools. Both provide you with client interfaces to work with with no/less coding. Personally, from my experience, I would suggest both, but start with Informatica ETL tool and then learn Tableau. This will give you more grip during your job search. Do get in touch with me.
