I am dedicated and adaptable professional with a comprehensive understanding of Pilates and yoga practices. With a proven track record spanning several roles. I hold a Master's degree in Yoga Therapy & Management from MDSU Ajmer University, Rajasthan. Additionally completed my trainings on Pilates by Yasmin Karachi Wala’s Body image, haves a PG Diploma in Yoga Education from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, along with various certifications in Zumba instruction, yoga therapy.

My career journey showcases a diverse range of experiences, starting from her roles as a Yoga Educator at MSBS School, Jaipur, and Yoga Teacher at Maheshwari Public School, Kalwar Road, At present I am running a Yoga Studio named as Jaipur Pilates & Yoga Studio, where I demonstrated her leadership and management skills for the people of different age group.
Having self commitment to continuous learning is evident through her participation in workshops and courses, such as the SVYASA conference on Cancer Cure by Yoga and the Personality Development Course for Children at SVYASA, Bangalore.

With strong communication skills, organizational acumen, and a passion for learning, I am poised to make valuable contributions to any individual/organization in the field of Pilates, yoga, health, and wellness.
