Hi Dipesh, understand that Java is a kind of ocean. It is vast. For interview preparation, you can brush up your Core Java Concepts and OOPs concepts and understand how JAVA works and learn the java features and how Java achieves it. Understand JVM, JDK, JRE, Bytecode, Java program life cycle, Classes, Objects, Overloading/Overriding concepts, String, Multi-Threading concepts, etc.

Do a lot of coding in Java, do more projects using Java, participate in coding challenges on Hacker Rank, Code chef, Code raunch etc. This will enhance your java skills, and you will get a good grip on programming in Java. You can see yourself that Java can be learnt very quickly just by doing it more and giving time for it every day. Once you try and experience your coding and outputs, you will have a fair idea and confidence in front of the interviewer to tell about your java skills.

Just give time and learn. Nowadays, so many platforms are available online, for learning Java.
I wish you all the best, and I am sure you can do well. I hope this answers your confusions.
