Look for high educational qualification and experience level in the subject.
Look for the trainer with good communication skills
Look for the number of students the trainer has already taught.
Look for the reviews of previous students who have already received training.
What are the main things to ask for?
Ask for free demo lectures to test the subject knowledge of the trainer.
Ask the trainer to send any testimonials of previous students whom the trainer has taught.
Ask for the availability of the trainer to teach the subject.
How to check if they are genuinely experienced, trainers?

You dont need to go for his experiance, look for his knowledge and his ability and way to make you undersatand the concepts/solution. How good he is in delivring knowledge to people.
Sometimes good techi cant teach students properly because they dont think from student level, sometime average knowledge tutor deliver better than other beacuse of his art of delivering knowledge.

You can ask where he worked before and why he wants to be a trainer now? If he is not genuine, he can not answer it.
