Java is not a purely object-oriented programming language. Lots of people say’s its object-oriented language but it is not true because Java supports primitive data type and does not handle multiple inheritances.

In this case definately you should create Object that is instance to call the method with the help of new keyword. That is how Java called as Object orientated programming language. Also Java supports Encapsulation, abstraction, inheritance and polymorphism concepts with the proof of its a pure Object orientated.

Java is not fully object-oriented programming. If you remember, we can use INT, and this is not an object. It is primitive. But JVM is internally wrapping it to Integer wrapper class to use like object.

It is not pure object oriented, as it has primitive data types.

Yes. It is not just an OOPS. It also has many flavours. But just knowing java is not enough in these days. Better learn Python or full-stack development.

First of all, if we call a language as pure OOPS, that means it satisfies all the below mentioned points.
1. Encapsulation - java is providing
2. Polymorphism - java is providing
3. Inheritance - through java doesn't support multiple inheritances in the form of classes still it is providing a mechanism to achieve multiple inheritances through interfaces.
4. Abstraction - java is providing
5. All predefined types should be objects - though java has primitive data types ( int, float, boolean, character), it's still making use of tools by providing wrapper classes (Integer, Float, Boolean, Character).
6. All user-defined types should be objects - java is providing
7.Should support operator overloading - which java is not producing.

based on the reasoning, we can say java is a hybrid language.

Java is not a pure object oriented programming language. For a pure OOP language, the objects should be directly accessible for any operations. However in Java we need to necessarily reach objects through methods that are necessary. Also Java supports primitive datatypes which are not objects.

Java is not a pure OOP language since everything in JAVA is not Object. We can still declare primitive variables as well as can pass primitive data as a parameter of the function.

Dear Ram, Java is partially object oriented programming language because it does not support multiple inheritance. To overcome these problema, it uses interface.

I agree with Kanchan's point because of languages like Python internally maintain some boxing and unboxing mechanism and abolish any declarative type. In Java, you have to do that explicitly. Java also supports multiple inheritances with the interface.

Encrypting the session value will have zero effect. The session cookie is already an arbitrary value, encrypting it will just generate another arbitrary value that can be sniffed. The only real solution...
