I also decided to delve into it more deeply bu going to a meditation and Yoga centre at Yoga Consciousness Trust, Vizag. Meditation is not about trying hard to concentrate, it happens when the thoughts ultimately are silenced and you are deeply relaxed. It is something to be experienced and can not be told in words
