For Vocal Training, you might be okay with just a harmonium or a Tanpura. If you intend on getting a keyboard for that purpose, I would suggest you go for the one which has superior sound quality rather than looks. Casio CTK (IN) series are the go-to keyboards for that. You can also opt for Yamaha I455 or higher.
