You can do it by reading, listening, and speaking. Start with reading something in English and try to translate it into your mother tongue. It will improve the neural connections in the brain, and you will start connecting to English like you are presently connecting in your mother tongue. There are other methods, like listening to English channels and recorded Bible readings. One can always try to repeat the words as they do.
