Myself carry a strong penchant of managing large teams with multiple hierarchies and has driven the team structure to achieve the key metrics towards the strategic goals. While looking and planning for long-term has been my capability, attention to detail drives myself to achieve the milestones to my objective.
Across two decades of professional career, I have planned & executed several new business & technology initiatives across consumer experience for leading consumer brands like Vodafone, Titan and Aircel. I have successfully managed Rs. 120 Crore+ P&L responsibilities and built organization structures, functions and processes to support 6.5 Million Subscribers.
I have settled finally back with my family in Kolkata and runs my Customer Experience Consulting practice for several start up and mid-stage companies.
