I personally love to teach. It has helped me groom as a person and also as a classical singer. I have an overall experience of over 11 years in teaching various forms of music. My teaching style differs for different age groups and I offer flexible timings to match comfort level of the students. I help them understand fundamentals of music along with easy methods to decode and sing complicated songs within a very short time. My endeavour is to influence students to improve ear and listening habits and strengthen vocal abilities like breathing, vocal range, texture and dynamics. I have trained my students in Hindusthani Classical Vocal, Ghazal, Bollywood melodies, Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Geeti, Modern Bengali song, Adhunik Bangla Gaan, Thumri and Bhajan.

I am a Hindustani Classical vocalist and have been trained from Patiyala, Vishnupur Gharana, since 2004. I have learnt Hindustani Classical and Semi classical vocals along with Nazrulgeeti, Rabindra sangeet, Bhajan, Ghazals, Light Indian music from various gurus. My main focus is on voice culture which is a fundamental tool in classical music. For about 11 years now, I have groomed over 200 music students and empowered them to confidently perform on stages and do playback singing. Music theory is the fundamental to music and I provide detailed insights into the core concepts to my students through various workshops.
