Every day take out some time to practice. Practice will help you in the long run. You can do the following:-
1. Every day read English Newspaper loudly so that you can hear what you are reading.
2. Read English Novels.
3. Every day learn atleast 3 new words and their meaning. And at the end of every week revise them. This will help you to increase your vocabulary.
4. If you are afraid of public speaking, then start with small steps.
A) select any topic and speak about it before a mirror. You can record the audio to learn your mistakes and correct them.
B) talk with your friends and relatives (who usually or mostly communicate in English) in English.
C) attend seminars and conferences. Notice how they are giving their speech.
D) practice practice and practice.
E) participate in the seminar and conferences as paper presenter.
