Most of the students are unable to make a correct and complete sentence due to lack of knowledge. Mostly they forget to mention the right article at the right place. They don't add "s" or "es" with the verb while making a sentence in simple present tense. In an interrogative sentence if you have chosen the auxiliary verb as "Did", then after placing the subject you should mention the present form of the main verb. But most of the people make a lot of mistakes at the time of choosing the right form of verb. Without having enough knowledge in preposition, you'll not be able to make a correct sentence. Everyone ought to have enough knowledge in joining and splitting as well.

In the past perfect tense, we have to mention the auxiliary verb, "had" after placing the subject. Then we must mention the past participle form of the verb, but this specific verb, "have" can be used either as an auxiliary verb or as a main verb. In this case, the "have" verb was mentioned twice, once as an auxiliary verb and the next time as a main verb. For example, I had eaten a plate of noodles last night.
In the above sentence, "eat" is the main verb. But we can use the "have" verb as the main verb in the above sentence. That means... We can change the sentence formation. Then we can say,
I had had a plate of noodles last night.
