I just love dance and exercise. and when this two meeting in the same point so thats why aerobics is my favourite thing thast happen to me.the best accomplishments i got when my students thanked me for their weight loose.aerobis class looks very easy and entertaining under me. you will feel refreshed. I also provide dance and zumba classes for all ages.
