Souva Majumder

I have Done my Post Graduation degree from the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at IIT, Kharagpur in 2013 with an M.Tech Degree by Research specializing in Applied Mathematics & Machine Learning.
Over the course of my graduate program at IIT, I attended relevant courses on Statistics, Optimization Engineering, Combinatorics, Theory of Numbers and Complex Analysis ans Machine Learning & Software Engineering .
I am a passionate self learner of latest developments in the field of High School Education and upto Post Graduate Level.
I am a regular contributor of journal papers, blogs and articles on the latest developments in the domain of School Education.
My Masters thesis work was in the area of Bayesian Learning and Optimization Engineering.
A research paper entitled Minimizing Delay in Infrastructure Project using an integrated approach of Interpretive Structural Modeling and Bayesian Belief Network based on my thesis was presented in the Conference Proceedings of the International conference of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management held in Dubai during March 2015. I worked under the supervision of Professor Jitesh Thakkar in the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at IIT, Kharagpur.
Apart from my academic and consulting skills, I am a great team worker and love to set the directive for the future goals for the students.
