I worked as a Lecturer for more than 3 years. But that's not what makes me a good teacher. I believe I have started considering myself as a good teacher when my previous students call me and let me know what's happening in their professional and personal life, wish me 'Happy Birthday' on my special day. This can only happen when the students love your teaching style, methodology. I believe every student is born with the capability of doing whatever he/she wants to do in their life. But it's a teacher's job to help them understand their capability and use it to its fullest. And for that to happen, a teacher needs to be a good observer and be patient with his/her students. A teacher needs to change his/her teaching methodologies with every student as per requirement. And this is what I do with each of my students. I don't only do it for money. I believe it's my responsibility towards the world. We always say that today's children are the future of our nation. As a teacher, I need to make sure of it to happen. Money is just a motivation to keep the good working going on.
