IdentityI have retired from work in a US funded NGO in Kolkata recently on 30/06/21 after serving the organization for close to 14 years. My tenure with this organization gave me an opportunity to work on a good number of digital platforms like CRM and Erequester etc. There are a couple of other NGOs too that I worked for (UNICEF being one of them) where I was engaged in writing Project Proposals, Case Histories, research based report writing etc. I have a Master's degree in English from Gauhati University. Much earlier I worked in a number of schools in West Bengal and one in Jammu & Kashmir (total - 5 years). As I am always very keen on teaching, and especially children, I have also given private tuition to students ( total - 7 years) from primary level (all subjects, except Bengali) to Grade X (only English, CBSE). My key skills are my enthusiasm to teach, my dedication towards teaching children, my communication skills with them, my patience while teaching and my teaching technique. I am happy to share here that I have a profuse interest in creative writing and apart from helping academicians, litterateurs and researchers with editing and proof reading at the professional level, I have also authored primary school level textbooks for school students and had contributed write-ups to Times Of India.
Overall, with a wide range of experience, I am now set to re-start teaching children online privately given the present COVID situation.
