I came to the path of Yoga in my teens. So eventually Yoga became my path and Yoga became my goal. Since my adolescence I have been practicing yoga, as a way or a style of life.I have completed the Teachers Training Course from Ghosh Yoga College, Kolkata in 2017 and also completed the Yoga Instructor Course organized Patanjali Yoga Pith, Haridwar with the collaboration of Government Of India in 2019. Before Covid 19 I used to take Yoga classes in various corporate sectors after Corona I am giving online classes as well as taking home tuitions also maintaining proper physical distance.I do sincerely believe that only Yoga can keep us physically fit, mentally strong and spiritually elevated.
