I embarked on my journey as an educator in 2013, driven by an unwavering passion for teaching. My pedagogical experience traces back to my role as a dedicated trainer for students pursuing their BCA from 2006 to 2011 at Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU). In 2011, I transitioned into the corporate sphere, assuming the position of a Training Executive at Pragathi Software Pvt. Ltd. Here, I donned the mantle of a VBA consultant and conducted training sessions in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
In 2014, I expanded my horizons further by embracing the role of a Training Coordinator in a reputable organisation. However, my journey took an intriguing twist as I pivoted to join a nationalised bank, where I presently contribute my skills and expertise. My commitment to education remains unwavering, as evidenced by my continued engagement as a part-time tutor, nurturing aspiring minds.
My dedication and proficiency were recognised when I was consecutively honoured with the Best Trainer Award from 2011 to 2013 for Microsoft training at Pragathi Software Company. My instructional domain centres on Microsoft Excel and Word, an area in which I have accrued an impressive eleven years of experience. My academic background encompasses a BSC in IT and a diploma in Cyber Law, complemented by my status as a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
As an educator, I offer online courses tailored to beginners, comprising comprehensive 8-hour sessions. I also conduct advanced-level 8-hour courses, delving into intricate topics such as data analysis, conditional formatting, VBA, and advanced VBA. My teaching methodology is enriched by practical sessions and interactive elements, fostering a dynamic learning environment. My pedagogical approach extends beyond mere instruction; I facilitate live classes, providing a platform for direct engagement and real-time clarification of doubts. To enhance the learning experience, I furnish students with detailed notes, essential references, and thought-provoking assignments.
