Once you receive your law degree after completing the five years integrated LLB degree from India, you can certainly apply to Canadian universities for an LLM program. Keep in mind that when travelling to foreign countries for further studies / PG courses, they will ask you to provide references, provide a Statement of Purpose (why you want to study at their university), pass TOEFEL or IELTS ( test in the English Language) and show financial standing ( that you have funds or will get a student loan to pursue your studies abroad). You will also be required to send your Marks card / Transcripts from your LLB degree to the foreign University in Canada for verification.
When applying to a legitimate Indian University for five years LLB degree, please check approval by Bar Council and UGC support of the College where you plan to complete this LLB degree.
