Is the stock market a zero-sum game?

No. It's not completely zero sum. More like negative for those who lose. Government & broker make money without much of th risk.

Is it possible to earn 30 lakhs in 2 years in stock market trading?

Yes, but it depends on how much capital you are bringing in. If 3 cr, 30 lacs or 3 lacs.
